Process

Main usage



The main usage of Bread crumbs: processing fried foods, for example, bread crumbs can be wrapped in fish, shrimp, chicken, pork, beef, vegetables, fruits and so on, which then normally exported, before  being frozen and fried, to Japan, Europe and other international markets .



The frying temperature is usually between 170-180 , and the frying time is between 3-5 minutes (decided the time period based on the size, it is for reference only).

Generally, the process of crumbing is as follows,

Firstly, attach a layer of powder (also called a powder or pre-breaded),

and then a layer of sticky surface pulp powder (flour and water paste wrapped by a certain percentage stir into batter).

Finally attach the bread crumbs.
